Vinification

the grapes arriving in the cellar are destemmed and crushed followed by maceration at a controlled temperature, which varies during this between 20°C and 24°C. Once the fermentations are finished, the wine remains in steel vats until bottling and then completes the maturation in the bottle.

Organoleptic description

difficult and angular vine, from ancient origins, left the scene for several years from Sicilian viticulture, now it has returned to being valued experiencing a period of growth and appreciation. Ruby red wine, the nose has intense hints of red fruit, with refined spicy notes. On the palate it is complex and harmonious, soft tannins and good acidity.
