In stainless steel tank from the end of the fermentation and in bottle under controlled temperature
The grapes arriving in the cellar are de stemmed and crushed followed by maceration under controlled temperature between 20°C and 24°C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains in steel tanks until bottling where completes its aging.
Deep ruby red color with violet reflections. With a rich and mellow nose, spicy notes of black pepper and thyme blend with those of berries. The taste is perceived by the sweet tannic sensation combined with the soft and velvety body, typical of the vine.
